CarolinaTechs provides IT, computer repair, and security services to homes and small businesses in Indian Land, South Carolina and Waxhaw, Monroe, and Matthews, North Carolina, and nearby. This policy covers carolinatechs.com and the ways you can reach us from it: web forms, phone, text, and email.

When you request service, book a repair, ask for a quote, or leave a voice inquiry, we collect what you choose to provide, such as:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and company (if any)
• Your town or address, and details about the device or problem
• Voice recordings and transcripts, only if you choose to record a voice inquiry and give consent on the form

When you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and the content of your message.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use it only to improve the site and our services, not to sell advertising.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time, and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• RunOhm, which operates our website forms and stores the requests you submit
• Twilio, which carries calls and text messages to our phone lines
• SendGrid, which delivers email notifications and replies
• Google (Google Analytics and our hosting on Google Cloud)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us, or to stop sending you messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

We keep request and service records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and tax obligations, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
