Overview

How we approach it

Most computer problems have a clear cause and a sensible fix. We diagnose first, tell you what it'll take in plain English, and only then do the work—so you're never surprised. Many fixes happen remotely the same day; hardware jobs get a next-business-day onsite visit.

For homes

Family computers, home-office laptops, and the parents' PC that keeps getting pop-ups.

For businesses

Staff workstations, onboarding new hires, and replacing machines without losing a day.

Pricing

From $125/hr

Remote fixes from $62.50 (first 30 minutes, then 15-minute increments).

FAQ

Good questions

Do you come to me or do I bring it in?

We come to you. Onsite visits are typically next business day across Indian Land, Waxhaw, Monroe, and Matthews, and many software problems can be fixed remotely the same day.

Is it worth repairing my old computer?

Often, yes—an SSD and memory upgrade can make a 4–5 year old machine feel new. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you and help you pick a replacement.

Will I lose my files?

We back up what we can before any major work, and we'll walk you through the plan before we touch anything important.
